طراحی مدل بازی بر اساس مهارت میان فردی(توانایی های فردی، ارتباط موثر و سازگاری روانی و هوش هیجانی) کودکان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل بازی آموزشی با تاکید بر رشد مهارت میان فردی کودکان وهوش هیجانی و اثربخشی آن بر این مهارت در کودکان پیش دبستانی بود. رفتارهای ابتدایی میان فردی به سازگاری کودک در مدرسه و دستیابی به موفقیت کمک می‌کند . کودکان خردسالی که با مهارت‌های میان فردی ضعیفی وارد مدرسه می‌شوند مشکلات زیادی دارند از جمله طرد از طرف همسالان، مشکلات رفتاری و سطح پایین پیشرفت تحصیلی داشتن مهارت میان فردی، کودک را قادر می‌سازد که روابط میان فردی را خلق کند و در هر مرحله از زندگی به روابط میان فردی خود را تقویت کند. افراد دوره اجتماعی شدن را از زمان تولدشان شروع می‌کنند و زندگی خود را از طریق مهارت‌های اجتماعی پیکربندی می‌کنند. مهارت‌های میان فردی فراهم کننده سازگاری و انطباق اجتماعی و نیز تعامل و ارتباط با همسالان و دیگران است روش تحقیق از منظر هدف یک تحقیق بنیادی است که مبتنی بر روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی است.یافته ها نشان می دهدکه مهارت میان فردی یکی از ابزارهایی است که فرد را قادر به سازگاری اجتماعی، ایجاد روابط میان فردی و حفظ آن می کند که از سال‌های اول زندگی یاد گرفته می‌شوند و تاثیرات کوتاه مدت و بلند مدتی در طول زندگی فرد دارند. افرادی که مهارت‌های میان‌فردی‌شان رشد می‌کند، به رضایت از خود دست می‌یابند و از نظر اجتماعی مسئولیت‌پذیر و افراد مفیدی هستند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present research The purpose of this research was to design an educational game model with an emphasis on the development of children's interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence and its effectiveness on this skill in preschool children. Early interpersonal behaviors help the child adapt in school and achieve success. Young children who enter school with weak interpersonal skills have many problems, including rejection by peers, behavioral problems, and low levels of academic progress. Having interpersonal skills enables the child to create interpersonal relationships and at any stage of life. To strengthen your interpersonal relationships. People start the socialization period from the time of their birth and structure their life through social skills. Interpersonal skills provide compatibility and social adaptation as well as interaction and communication with peers and others. The research method from the point of view of the goal is a basic research which is based on the exploratory mixed research method. The findings show that interpersonal skills are one of the tools that It enables a person to adapt socially, create and maintain interpersonal relationships that are learned from the first years of life and have short-term and long-term effects throughout a person's life. People whose interpersonal skills develop, achieve self-satisfaction and are socially responsible and useful people.
