بررسی عوامل توانمندسازی و ارتقاء جایگاه مدیریتی زنان در دوران شیوع کرونا

چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه مقولة زنان و به‌ویژه مشارکت آنها در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و مشـاغل سـطوح عالی، موردتوجه قرار گرفته است؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف عوامل توانمندسازی و ارتقاء جایگاه مدیریتی زنان در دوران شیوع کرونا انجام گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف اکتشافی و از نظر روش تحقیق آمیخته بوده است.  نمونه آماری 18 نفر از خبرگان جامعه علمی و متخصصان آموزش‌وپرورش هستند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از روش داده بنیاد انجام شده است.
نتایج: نتایج کلی تحقیق حاکی از آن است که ابعاد توانمندسازی و ارتقاء جایگاه مدیریتی زنان شامل عوامل علی، زمینه ای، راهبردی، پدیده محوری، مداخله گر، پیامدها و نتایج  بعد  و مشتمل بر  نه مؤلفه می‌باشد که  مدل نهایی بر اساس آن ارائه گردیده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می­توان عنوان نمود که تمرکز بر متغیرهای توانمندسازی می­تواند جایگاه مدیریتی زنان را ارتقاء بخشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Today, the category of women and especially their participation in decision-making and high-level occupations has been taken into consideration; therefore, the current research has been carried out with the aim of empowering factors and improving the managerial status of women.
Methods: This research has been mixed in terms of exploratory purpose and research method. The statistical sample is 18 experts from the scientific community and education specialists. Data collection tool including semi-structured interview was used. In order to analyze qualitative data, it has been done using the foundation data method.
Results: The general results of the research indicate that the dimensions of empowering and improving the managerial position of women include causal factors, contextual factors, strategic factors, central phenomena, intervenors, consequences and later results, and include nine components, on the basis of which the final model is presented.
Conclusion: According to the research results, it can be said that focusing on empowerment variables can improve the managerial position of women and especially their health.
