اثربخشی برنامه خانواده محور مبتنی بر رایانه بر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و عملکرد شنیداری کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیش فعالی

چکیده

مقدمه
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعییناثربخشی برنامه خانواده محور مبتنی بر رایانه بر انعطاف­پذیری شناختی و عملکرد شنیداری کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیش فعالی انجام شد.
روش کار
این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کودکان 6-9 ساله، با اختلال نقص توجه و بیش فعالی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‎های درمانی هستی و  پارسا در سال 1401- 1402 بودند. نمونه آماری این پژوهش را 30 نفر از این کودکان تشکیل دادند که به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند و مورد مداخله قرار گرفتند. برای‎اندازه گیری متغیرها از آزمون انعطاف پذیری شناختی (دنیس و وندروال، 2010) و عملکرد شنیداری (سندفورد و ترنر، 1994) و برای تحلیل داده­ها از کواریانس استفاده شد.
نتایج
نتایج نشان داد که برنامه جامع خانواده محور یارانه یار بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی و عملکرد شنیداری تاثیر معنی داری دارد(05/0 ≥ p).
نتیجه‌گیری
با توجه به اثربخشی برنامه خانواده محور مبتنی بر رایانه  بر انعطاف­پذیری شناختی و عملکرد شنیداری کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیش فعالی پیشنهاد می­شود از این برنامه برای کودکان ویژه استفاده شود.

Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of a computer-based family-oriented program on cognitive flexibility and listening performance of ADHD children.
Method: This research was a semi-experimental research with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research included all 6-9-year-old children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who referred to Hasti and Parsa medical clinics in 2022-2023. The statistical sample of this research was made up of 30 of these children who were selected by available sampling and were assigned to two experimental and control groups and were subjected to intervention. Cognitive flexibility test (Dennis& Vander Wal, 2010) and listening performance (Sandford and Turner, 1994) were used to measure the variables and covariance was used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that the Yaraneh-Yar Subsidized Comprehensive Family Program has a significant effect on cognitive flexibility and listening performance (P≥0.05).
Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of computer-based family-oriented program on cognitive flexibility and listening performance of ADHD children, it is suggested to use this program for special children.
