مقایسه اثربخشی TC و NA در پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت افراد معتاد به متا آمفتامین

چکیده

مقدمه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه  اثربخشی TC  و NA در پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت افراد معتاد به متا آمفتامین بود.
روش کار
این پژوهش در زمره تحقیقات کمی است که هدفش ارزیابی و مقایسه اثربخشی دو مداخله درمانی بود. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و از طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل سه گروهی بهره گرفته شده بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش افراد معتاد به متا آمفتامین می باشند. حجم نمونه 45 نفر در هر گروه انتخاب شد که در سه گروه تحت درمان های یاد شده و گروه کنرل به تساوی تقسیم شده اند.
نتایج
با توجه به آزمون های صورت گرفته و نتایج اعلامی در فصل چهارم صفات شخصیت افراد در دو گروه آزمایش TC به اندازه 60/30 NA به اندازه17/26 واحد تغییر می‌کند اما در گروه کنترل تغییر محسوسی اتفاق نمی افتد همچنین گروه TC میزان تغییراتش بیش از گروه NA بوده است. تغییرات میانگین سه گروه در طول مطالعه از نظر متغیر صفات شخصیت افراد با یکدیگر متفاوت است زیرا سطح معناداری کمتر از 01/0 می باشد. نتایج بیشتر بر اساس آزمون تعقیبی تامهنس نشان داد که تغییرات سه گروه TC و NA و کنترل معنادار می‌باشد زیرا سطح معناداری کمتر از01/0 می‌باشد. میانگین صفات شخصیت افراد در گروه های TC و NA در طول مطالعه معنی‌دار نبوده در نتیجه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که دو گروه TC و NA دارای اثر بخشی درمانی از نظر متغیر صفات شخصیت افراد به یک اندازه نبوده-اند.
نتیجه گیری
به نظر می‌رسد اثربخشی TC  و NA در پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت افراد معتاد به متا آمفتامین موثر بود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of TC and NA in the five major personality factors of people addicted to methamphetamine.
Material and Method
This research is one of the quantitative researches whose aim was to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of two therapeutic interventions. The method of this research was semi-experimental and a pre-test-post-test design was used along with a three-group control group. The statistical population of this research is people addicted to methamphetamine. The sample size of 45 people in each group was selected, which were divided equally into three groups under the mentioned treatments and the control group.
Results
According to the tests conducted and the announced results in the fourth chapter, the personality traits of people in the two TC test groups change by 30.60 NA and 26.17 units, but there is no significant change in the control group, as well as in the TC group. was more than the NA group. The average changes of the three groups during the study are different from each other in terms of the personality traits variable because the significance level is less than 0.01. Further results based on Thomhans post hoc test showed that the changes of TC, NA and control groups are significant because the significance level is less than 0.01. The average of the personality traits of people in the TC and NA groups was not significant during the study, so it can be concluded that the two groups of TC and NA did not have the same therapeutic effect in terms of the personality traits of the people.
Conclusion
It seems that the effectiveness of TC and NA was effective in the big five personality factors of people addicted to methamphetamine.
