Introduction: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of short-term intensive psychodynamic therapy and participation in the Narcotics Anonymous group on reducing the anxiety of drug abusers.
Methods: This was a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The population of the statistical population includes all men with substance use disorder who have been available from Mehr 1401 to May 1402 to de-addiction camps under the supervision of Tehran Province Welfare Organization and NA groups and randomly divided into two experimental groups and one group Controls were placed.
