نقش مداخلات روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر بر کنترل هیجان و درمان اعتیاد به اینترنت

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مداخلات روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر بر کنترل هیجان و درمان اعتیاد به اینترنت دانش آموزان مقطع دوم متوسط شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه این پژوهش دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه دوم منطقه 5 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که از بین آنها با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 30 دانش آموز انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی 15 نفری جایگزین شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ (2003) و پرسشنامه کنترل هیجان گرانفسکی، کریج و اسپینهون (2001) بهره برده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر باعث بهبود کنترل‌هیجان و کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مثبت تحقیق در راستای اثربخشی مداخلات روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر، استفاده از این روان درمانی به منظور بهبود کنترل هیجان پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Intrudoction: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of positive psychology interventions on emotion control and treatment of Internet addiction in high school students in Tehran.
Method: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up with control group. The population of this study was the second-high school male students in the 5th district of Tehran in the academic year 1401-1400, from which 30 students were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly replaced in two equal groups of 15 people. For data collection, two questionnaires were used: Young Internet Addiction Questionnaire (2003) and Granfsky, Craig and Spinhon (2001) Emotion Control Questionnaire. SPSS software and multivariate analysis of covariance tests were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that positive psychology intervention improved emotion control and reduced Internet addiction in the post-test and follow-up stages.
Conclusion: Considering the positive results of research on the effectiveness of positivist psychology interventions, the use of positivist psychotherapy to improve emotion control is recommended.
