تأثیر تمرینات آنلاین یوگا و ذهن‌آگاهی بر استرس ادراک شده و تاب‌آوری زنان جوان در پاندمی کووید-19

چکیده

مقدمه: شیوع کووید-19 بحران بهداشتی بزرگی است که سبک زندگی افراد زیادی را در سراسر دنیا تغییر داده است. نگرانی گسترده‌ای در مورد تأثیر کووید-19 و محدودیت‌های مرتبط با آن بر سلامت روان وجود دارد. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تمرینات آنلاین یوگا و ذهن‌آگاهی بر استرس ادراک‌شده و تاب-آوری زنان جوان در پاندمی کووید-19 صورت گرفت.
روش کار: روش پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه‌های تحقیق شامل 70 زن جوان با میانگین سنی45/6 ± 64/27 سال بودکه به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (35 آزمودنی در هر گروه) قرار گرفتند. صرفاً گروه آزمایش 21 جلسه تمرین یوگا و ذهن‌آگاهی را طی 21 روز مداوم انجام دادند. هر دو گروه با مقیاس‌های استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن و همکاران (1983) و تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) در دو مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره در سطح معناداری 05/0≥ P تحلیل شد.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تفاوت معناداری را بین نمرات پس‌آزمون دو گروه با کاهش استرس ادراک‌شده و افزایش تاب‌آوری در گروه آزمایش نشان داد. (001/0= P). البته در گروه کنترل، افزایش و کاهش اندکی به‌ترتیب در استرس و تاب‌آوری در پس‌آزمون مشاهده شد که معنادار نبود (001/0= P).
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد تدوین برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای مبتنی بر یوگا و ذهن‌آگاهی به‌صورت آنلاین به کاهش استرس و افزایش تاب‌آوری در زنان جوان در شرایط پراسترس کمک می‌کند.

Introduction: The outbreak of Covid-19 is a major health crisis that has changed the lifestyles of many people around the world. There is widespread concern about the impact of Covid-19 and its associated limitations on mental health. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of online yoga and mindfulness training on perceived stress and resilience of young females during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The sample consisted of 70 young women (27.64 ± 6.45 years) who were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into experimental and control groups (35 subjects in each group). The experimental group performed 21 sessions of yoga practice and mindfulness for 21 consecutive days. Both groups were assessed using the Cohen et al. (1983) Perceived Stress and Connor & Davidson (2003) Resilience Scales in both pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using SPSS25 with multivariate analysis of covariance at the significant level of P ≥ 0.05.
Results: The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed a significant difference between the post-test scores of the two groups with a decrease in perceived stress and an increase in resilience in the experimental group. However, in the control group, a slight increase and decrease in stress and resilience were observed in the post-test, respectively, which was not significant (P =0.001).
Conclusion: Developing online yoga and mindfulness -based intervention programs seems to help reduce stress and increase resilience in young females in stressful situations.
