نقش میانجی فرسودگی زناشویی در رابطه ساختاری پایداری روانی و سالم‌زیستی

چکیده

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین الگوی ساختاری شاخص‌های سالم‌زیستی بر اساس پایداری روانی با میانجیگری دلزدگی زناشویی در دانشجویان متاهل در یک طرح همبستگی انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری تحقیق را تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران مرکزی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند که 517 نفر با روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای تحقیث شامل پرسشنامه‌های سیاهة سالم‌زیستی (میرز و سوئینی، 1999)، سرمایه روان‌شناختی (لوتانز و آولیو، 2007)، پایداری روانی (کلاف و دیگران، 2002) و مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، 1996) بودند. پروتکل طرحواره درمانی یانگ (1999) طی 8 جلسه روی آزمودنی های گروه تجربی اجرا گردید.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که مدل سالم‌زیستی بر اساس پایداری روانی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی دلزدگی زناشویی برازش دارد و دلزدگی زناشویی در ارتباط پایداری روانی با دلزدگی زناشویی دانشجویان متاهل نقش میانجی دارد. براساس نتایج آزمون مدل‌یابی پایداری روانی توانایی تبیین 54 درصد از واریانس دلزدگی زناشویی دانشجویان متاهل را دارند.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که به منظور افزایش سطح سالم‌زیستی دانشجویان، می‌توان بر اساس روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگر و رگه‌های شخصیتی پایداری روانی، همچنین تقویت درک مناسب از روابط زوجی دانشجویان متاهل، اقداماتی اثرگذار را در راستای تقویت سالم‌زیستی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان متاهل، خانواده‌ها و تبع آن کل افراد جامعه انجام داد که با توجه به شرایط تحمیل شده به دلیل همه‌گیری کرونا، امری ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was to determine the structural pattern wellness based on mental toughness by marital burnout in married students in a correlational design.
Methods: The statistical population of the research was made up of all the students of Islamic Azad University of Central Tehran branch in the academic year of 2019-2019, and 517 people were selected using the available method. The research tools included Wellness Inventory (Myers and Sweeney, 1987), Psychological Capitla Questionnaires (Luthans and Avolio, 2007), the Mental Toughness Questionnaire (Clough et al., 2002) and Burn out Measure (Pines, 1996). Young's schema therapy protocol (1999) was implemented during 8 sessions on the subjects of the experimental group.
Results: The results showed that the wellness model based on mental toughness with emphasis on the mediating role of marital burn out fits and marital burn out has a mediating role in the relationship between mental toughness with marital burnout of married students. Based on the results of modeling, mental toughness is able to explain 54% of the variance of marital burnout of married students..
Conclusion: It seems that in order to increase the wellness level of students, based on positive psychology and personality traits such as mental toughness, as well as strengthening the proper understanding of married students' marital relationships, effective measures can be taken to strengthen wellness. It improved the quality of life of married students, families, and consequently the entire community, which is essential given the conditions imposed by the pandemic of Corona virus desaesis-19.
