Social health is one of the dimensions of health, which interacts with the physical and mental dimensions of health. The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the level of social health of health care workers with cultural intelligence approach. In this study, in order to investigate the factors affecting the level of social health of health workers, the research background was examined with a cultural intelligence approach and led to the identification of four factors: "motivation", "cognitive", "metacognition" and "behavioral". A research questionnaire was developed by the researcher and field information was collected. Symptom and Friedman tests were used to evaluate the significance and ranking of the identified factors. These two tests were performed using SPSS software. The statistical sample of this study included 350 employees of health centers in the south of Kerman province in 1398 who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. In the end, all four identified factors were confirmed. It was also found that from the respondents' point of view, behavioral factors have the greatest impact on the level of social health of health care workers. Then there are the factors of motivation, cognition and metacognition.
