مقایسه ی اثربخشی درمان روان‌پویشی فشرده‎ی کوتاه مدت با درمان خود-شفقت‌ورزی بر خود-انتقادگری دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی

چکیده

مقدمه: هرچند واضح است که خود-انتقادگری را می‌توان با روان‌درمانی کاهش داد اما این مسئله مجهول مانده است که آیا بین اثربخشی مداخلات مختلف، تفاوتی وجود دارد یا خیر.پ ژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی دو روش درمانی روان‌پویشی فشردۀ کوتاه‌مدت و خود-شفقت‌ورزی بر خود-انتقادگری انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش با روش نیمه‌تجربی با گروه کنترل و گروه شبه درمان و همچنین با اندازه‌گیری پیگیرانه اجرا شد. از بین دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشتۀ روان‌شناسی دانشگاه ‌های شهر قم در مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 به شیوۀ گزینش ملاکی، 60 نفر که نمرات بالاتری در پرسشنامۀ خود-انتقادگری داشتند، برای مداخله، به‌طور تصادفی در چهار گروه روانپویشی فشرده کوتاه‌مدت، خود-شفقت‌ورزی، شبه درمان و کنترل گماشته شدند. برای اندازه‌گیری از مقیاس فرم‌های خود-انتقادگری و خود-اطمینان‌دهی گیلبرت (FSCRS) استفاده شد و داده‌ها به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار SPSS 22، با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بن‌فرونی مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد در بین چهار گروه مورد بررسی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (05/0> P؛ 11/150=F)  اما بین درمان‌های روان‌پویشی فشردۀ کوتاه‌مدت و خود-شفقت‌ورزی تفاوت معناداری یافت نشد (05/0
P ). همچنین بعد از گذشت 3 ماه،  درمان روان‌پویشی فشردۀ کوتاه‌مدت نسبت به خود-شفقت‌ورزی، برتری معناداری در کاهش خود-انتقادگری دارد (05/0>P ؛ 96/5-=MD).
نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو درمان روان‌پویشی فشردۀ کوتاه‌مدت و خود-شفقت‌ورزی درکاهش خود-انتقادگری اثربخشی قابل ملاحظه‌ای دارند اما استفاده از روان‌پویشی فشردۀ کوتاه‌مدت در بلندمدت تأثیر بهتری می‌تواند داشته باشد.

Comparing the effectiveness of Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) with Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) on Self-criticizing of postgraduate students

Introduction: Although this is obvious that we can decrease self-criticizing by psychotherapy, the question is “is there any significant difference between the effectiveness of different interventions? The aim of this study was to compare effectiveness of Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Compassion-Focused Therapy on self-Criticizing.
Methods: The method was quasi-experimental, performed with control group and placebo group and also with follow-up measurement. From Qom post-graduate students of psychology in the academic year 2020-21, 60 students who had higher scores at The Gilbert’s Forms of Self-Criticizing and Self-Reassuring Scale (FSCRS), were randomly assigned for the intervention in four groups of 15: Compassion-Focused Therapy, Intensive Short-term Dynamic psychotherapy, placebo, and control. The FSCRS was used to measure the data and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22 software by covariance test and Bonferroni post hoc test.
Results: The results of covariance test showed that there is a significant difference between groups (F = 150.11; p < 0.05). Bonferroni post hoc test showed that there was no significant difference between intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy in Self-Criticizing scores (MD = -2.17;  p> 0.05), although both were significantly less than placebo and control groups (p < 0.05). After 3 months, a follow-up showed that ISTDP is significantly better than Compassion-Focused Therapy in reducing self-criticism (MD= -5.96; p<0.05).
Conclusion: Both ISTDP and CFT are significantly effective for reducing self-criticizing but implementing ISTDP can be more effective in the long-term.
