اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر خودانتقادی و عدم تحمل ابهام در زنان

چکیده

مقدمه: خیانت زناشویی به عنوان یکی از شایعترین علت طلاق معضلات زیادی در جامعه ایجاد کرده است. زنان خیانت دیده اغلب احساس عمیق آسیب، بی وفایی و ناراحتی عاطفی را تجربه می کنند که پیامدهای آن خود انتقادی و عدم تحمل ابهام است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر بخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش خودانتقادی و عدم تحمل ابهام در زنان خیانت دیده بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان خیانت دیده مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر تهران بودند که از میان آنها 32 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند  انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه های خود انتقادی و عدم تحمل ابهام را در سه نوبت پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تکمیل کردند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد دریافت کردند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده های حاصل از پژوهش با نرم افزار SPSS-27  و با استفاده از آزمون اندازه گیری مکرر مختلط مختلط با رعایت مفروضه‌های آماری تحلیل شد.
نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر خودانتقادی و عدم تحمل ابهام در زنان خیانت دیده اثربخش است (05/0>p). همچنین، یافته ها نشان داد که درمان پذیرش و تعهد بیشترین تاثیر را بر کاهش خود انتقادی زنان خیانت دیده داشته است.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتیجه پژوهش می توان به بهبود خود انتقادی و عدم تحمل ابهام زنان خیانت  با استفاده از درمان پذیرش و تعهد کمک کرد.

Introduction: Marital infidelity as one of the most common causes of divorce has created many problems in the society. Betrayed women often experience a deep sense of hurt, infidelity and emotional distress, the consequences of which are self-criticism and intolerance of ambiguity. The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on self-criticism and intolerance of ambiguity in women who have experienced betrayal.
Methods: The current research was a semi-experimental type of pretest-post-test with control and follow-up groups. The statistical population of this research included all the betrayed women who referred to the counseling centers in Tehran. Among them 32 people were selected by purposive sampling and were assigned in two experimental and control groups. The participants completed the questionnaires of self-criticism and intolerance of ambiguity in three times: pre-test, post-test and follow-up. the experimental group received 8 sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy, and the control group did not receive any intervention. The research data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 and repeated measures analysis of variance.
Results:  The findings showed that acceptance and commitment therapy is effective on self-criticism and intolerance of ambiguity in betrayed women (p<0.05). Also, the findings showed that acceptance and commitment therapy had the greatest impact on reducing self-criticism of betrayed women.
Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it is possible to improve the self-criticism and intolerance of the ambiguity of cheating women by using acceptance and commitment therapy.
