بررسی روش آموزش نوروفیدبک بر قابلیت‌های عصب روان‌شناختی و امواج مغزی دانش‌آموزان طیف اوتیسم

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه‌ی تأثیر مداخله نوروفیدبک بر بهبود قابلیت‌های عصب روانشناختی و عملکرد امواج مغزی دانش‌آموزان طیف اوتیسم می‌باشد.
روش‌کار: این پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی و از نوع نیمه تجربی است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به طیف اوتیسم بودند که از بین آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 5 کودک از تنها مدرسه‌ی دولتی تحت پوشش آموزش و پرورش کودکان استثنائی مشهد انتخاب و به شکل تصادفی در دو گروه نوروفیدبک و کنترل قرار داده شدند. قبل از مداخلات، کلیه شرکت‌کنندگان از لحاظ ویژگی امواج مغزی و ویژگی‌های عصب روانشناختی به وسیله‌ی آزمون‌های کانرز، CSI-4، فراستیک، گودیناف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. سپس در یک دوره‌ی ۶ هفته‌ای، ۱۵ جلسه آموزش نوروفیدبک اعمال گردید و پس از آن هر دو گروه مجدداً مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: این پژوهش نشان داد که نوروفیدبک تأثیر مثبتی بر بهبود قابلیت‌های عصب روانشناختی شرکت‌کنندگان دارد و بر اساس نتایج آماره‌های توصیفی و استنباطی و نیز ثبت امواج مغزی این یافته‌ها تأیید شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، می‌توان از روش غیردارویی نوروفیدبک، در جهت کاهش اختلالات عصب روانشناختی و افزایش سلامت دانش‌آموزان طیف اوتیسم، استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare the effect of neurofeedback intervention on improving neuropsychological capabilities and brainwave function of autism spectrum students.
Methods: This is a descriptive-analytical and quasi-experimental research. The statistical population of the study was students with autism spectrum, from which 5 children from the only public school under the auspices of Mashhad exceptional education were selected by random sampling method and randomly assigned to neurofeedback and control groups. Prior to the interventions, all participants were evaluated for brainwave characteristics and neuropsychological characteristics by Connors, CSI-4, Frost, and Godinoff tests. Then, in a 6-week period, 15 sessions of neurofeedback training were applied and then both groups were re-evaluated. SPSS software was used to analyze the data.
Results: This study showed that neurofeedback has a positive effect on improving the neuropsychological capabilities of participants and based on the results of descriptive and inferential statistics and brain wave recording, these findings have been confirmed
