مدل‌سازی روابط بین عوامل موثر بر سلامت مالی بیمارستان‌های خصوصی: یک تحلیل معادلات ساختاری

چکیده

مقدمه: بیمارستان‌های خصوصی برای ادامه فعالیت خود باید سلامت مالی خود را حفظ کنند و از شاخص‌های مختلفی مانند سودآوری، نقدینگی و بهره‌برداری برای ارزیابی آن استفاده می‌کنند. این مطالعه به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت مالی بیمارستان‌های خصوصی پرداخته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش به صورت کاربردی و توسعه‌ای انجام شده و جامعه آماری شامل بیمارستان‌های خصوصی ایران می‌باشد. داده‌های مالی مربوط به سال‌های 1395 تا 1400 از صورت‌های مالی بیمارستان‌ها جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS تحلیل شده است.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که تعداد بیمار و سطح آموزش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر سلامت مالی بیمارستان‌ها دارند، در حالی که عوامل اقتصادی، محیطی، بحران و ویژگی‌های جغرافیایی تأثیر منفی دارند. همچنین شدت همبستگی بین ویژگی‌های جغرافیایی و تعداد بیمار بالاتر از سایر عوامل است.
نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که برای بهبود سلامت مالی بیمارستان‌های خصوصی باید به افزایش تعداد بیماران، بهبود سطح آموزش، مدیریت شرایط اقتصادی و محیطی، مدیریت بحران‌ها و انتخاب مناسب موقعیت جغرافیایی توجه کرد. این نتایج می‌تواند به مدیران بیمارستان‌ها در اتخاذ تصمیمات استراتژیک کمک کند.

Introduction: Private hospitals must maintain financial health to continue operating, using various indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and utilization. This study examines the factors influencing the financial health of private hospitals.
Methods: This applied and developmental research included private hospitals in Iran. Financial data from 2016 to 2021 were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling and Smart-PLS software.
Results: Results showed that the number of patients and education level positively and significantly impact the financial health of hospitals, while economic factors, environmental factors, crises, and geographical features have negative impacts. Additionally, the correlation between geographical features and the number of patients is higher than other factors.
Conclusion: To improve the financial health of private hospitals, it is essential to increase the number of patients, improve education levels, manage economic and environmental conditions, manage crises, and choose appropriate geographical locations. These findings can guide hospital managers in making strategic decisions.
