بررسی نقش احیا کننده خروج کارآفرینانه در کسب و کارهای خانوادگی ایران در دوران شیوع کووید-19

چکیده

مقدمه: کسب و کارهای خانوادگی می‌توانند فعالیت‌های تجاری را با تعهدات عاطفی حاکم بر خانواده تلفیق نموده و بستری مناسب برای رشد مالی خانواده و اشتغال آفرینی ایجاد نمایند. پژوهش حاضر درصدد شناسایی و تبیین راهکار بهره‌گیری از خروج کارآفرینانه برای احیا کسب و کارهای خانوادگی در ایران در دوران شیوع کووید-19 است.
روش کار: روش تحقیق کیفی می باشد برای انتخاب نمونه و شناسایی موارد مطالعه از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شده و چهل بنگاه خانوادگی که در مقوله خروج تجربه داشته‌اند شناسایی که در نهایت بیست و هشت مصاحبه با مالکین آنها به سرانجام رسید.
نتایج: نتایج این پژوهش شواهد بارزی از نقش عمده و موثر خروج کارآفرینانه در احیای مجدد کسب و کار در میان شرکت های خانوادگی در ایران ارائه می‌دهد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد کسب و کارهای خانوادگی به ویژه در دوران شیوع کرونا می تواند نقش موثری در کسب و کرهای جدید برای خانواده ها داشته باشد، با این وجود برای بالا بردن اعتبار بیرونی پژوهش نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتری می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Family businesses can combine commercial activities with emotional obligations governing the family and create a suitable platform for the financial growth of the family and job creation. The present study seeks to identify and explain the strategy of taking advantage of entrepreneurial exit to revive family businesses in Iran during of COVID-19 Prevalence.
Methods: The method of qualitative research is to select the sample and identify the study cases, using the purposeful sampling method and identifying forty family businesses that have experience in the exit category, and finally twenty-eight interviews with their owners were completed.
Results: The results of this research provide clear evidence of the major and effective role of entrepreneurial exit in reviving business among family companies in Iran.
Conclusion: It seems that family businesses can play an effective role in new businesses for families, especially during the Corona epidemic, however, more research is needed to increase the external validity of the research.
