بررسی اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی بر مدیریت خشم، تعارض زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی

چکیده

مقدمه
این پژوهش با هدف  بررسی اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی بر مدیریت خشم، تعارض زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی است و از طرح گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. بدین منظور نمونه ای شامل  40 نفر از زنان و مردانی است که به کلینیک های مشاوره شهر بجنورد مراجعه نمودند، انتخاب و به‌صورت جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش(20 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس قرار گرفتند. جهت سنجش ذهن آگاهی، از بسته ی مدون شده توسط باون، چاولا و مارلات، (2011)، جهت سنجش مدیریت خشم از پرسشنامه کنترل خشم اسپیلبرگر، برای سنجش کیفیت زندگی از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی  سازمان بهداشت جهانی و برای سنجش تعارض از پرسشنامه ذاکر و براتی (۱۳۸۷) استفاده شد.  جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافته های حاصل از آزمون کواریانس نشان داد که آموزش ذهن آگاهی نقش موثری در مدیریت خشم، کاهش تعارض زناشویی و افزایش کیفیت زندگی دارد.
نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن بودند که آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی با بهره‌گیری از فنونی همانند افکار، هیجانات و رفتار آگاهانه می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی، کاهش خشم و تعارضات زناشویی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness on anger management, marital conflict and quality of life.
Material and Method
The method of this research is quasi-experimental and the design of the control group has been used. For this purpose, a sample of 40 men and women who referred to counseling clinics in Bojnourd were selected and randomly available in two experimental groups (20 people) and control (20 people) by sampling method. To measure mindfulness, from the package written by Bowen, Chaula and Marlat, (2011), to measure anger management from the Spielberger anger control questionnaire, to measure the quality of life from the World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire and to measure conflict from Zakir and Barati (2008) was used. SPSS software version 23 was used to analyze the data.
Results
Findings from covariance test showed that mindfulness training has an effective role in anger management, reducing marital conflict and increasing quality of life.
Conclusion
The findings of the present study indicated that mindfulness training using techniques such as conscious thoughts, emotions and behaviors can be used as an effective method to improve quality of life, reduce anger and marital conflicts.
