تجربیات بیماران پس از ابتلا به سرطان پستان: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

چکیده

مقدمه: مطالعات کمی و پرسشنامه ای چندان بیان کننده دغدغه ها و تجربه افراد مبتلا به سرطان نبوده است و با توجه به کمبود مطالعه در این زمینه، بر آن شدیم تا به منظور بررسی خواسته ها و تجربیات بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان این مطالعه را در قالب کیفی و با پرسش های نیمه ساختار یافته و باز طراحی کنیم تا حد امکان بیان کننده تجربیات واقعی افراد باشد.
روش کار: این مطالعه به روش کیفی و بر مبنای تحلیل محتوا بر روی 15 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان در کلینیک خانم الانبیاء بیمارستان پیمانیه جهرم انجام شد. تجربه افراد شخصا در مراحل مختلف از ‏ابتدای تشخیص تا الان مورد پرسش قرار گرفت.
نتایج: پس از تحلیل مصاحبه ها، تمهایی شامل ‏ اطلاع از بیماری، ‏ ‏علایم رواننشاختی، تجارب اجتماعی، ‏ منابع معنوی،‏عوارض درمان ، حمایت خانواده و سازگاری با مشکل استخراج شد.‏ تم اطلاع از بیماری، با سه زیر حیطه ‏ برخورد اتفاقی، پیگیری علایم با غربالگری ‏ و مشاهده علایم ‏ خود را نشان داده بود. ‏تم علایم روانشناختی با سه زیر تم ‏ مقاومت روانی، ‏ علایم و نشانه های روانسناختی و ‏ ترس و نگرانی از پیامدها ی بیماری ‏ در تجربه افراد بیان شده بود. ‏
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که جز جدایی ناپذیر تجربیات بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان عوارض مربوط به ‏درمان می باشد و ابتلاء به سرطان بر روی هویت شخصی فرد و نیز دیدگاه وی نسبت به خود، خانواده، ‏اجتماع و حتی محیط کار اثر میگذارد. ‏

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Quantitative studies and questionnaires have not been very expressive of the concerns and experiences of people with cancer, and due to the lack of studies in this field, we decided to conduct this study in order to investigate the wishes and experiences of breast cancer patients. Redesign the qualitative format with semi-structured questions to express people's real experiences as much as possible.
Methods: This study was conducted using a qualitative method and based on content analysis on 15 women with breast cancer at Mrs. Al-Anbia Clinic in Peymaniye Jahrom Hospital. The experience of people personally at different stages from the beginning of the diagnosis until now was questioned.
Results: After analyzing the interviews, themes including information about the disease, psychological symptoms, social experiences, spiritual resources, side effects of treatment, family support and adaptation to the problem were extracted. Accidental encounter, follow-up of symptoms with screening and observation of symptoms had shown itself. The theme of psychological symptoms was expressed with three sub-themes of psychological resistance, psychological signs and symptoms, and fear and worry about the consequences of the disease in people's experience. ,
Conclusion: The results showed that complications related to treatment are an integral part of the experiences of breast cancer patients, and cancer affects a person's personal identity as well as his view of himself, family, society, and even the work environment.
