Introduction: The aim of the current research is to identify and prioritize the effective factors of the management systems on the organizational structure of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
Methods: The research method is mixed with an exploratory approach. The statistical community in the qualitative part includes experts who have scientific, executive or both expertise in the field of research, according to the information obtained from the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the statistical community in the quantitative part includes the members of the Strategic Council of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. They are the middle and high managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the heads of sports federations. The statistical sample in the qualitative section consists of all the experts in Iranian sports, whose selection was made using the snowball method and purposefully. In the quantitative section, between 5 and 10 statistical samples are required for each item. In order to collect data, in-depth interviews were used in the qualitative part, and researcher-made questionnaires were used in the quantitative part. In the qualitative part, the collected information was used by Glazer's method of data analysis. In the quantitative part, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used in the quantitative part for the psychometric analysis of research structures, and PLS software was used in order to prioritize and examine the difference between the factors affecting the mana systems of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in terms of research samples from the rank test. Friedman classification was used.
Results: The results showed that the priority order of intelligence subsystem, cohesion subsystem, coordination system, executive system and identity subsystem were identified in the organizational structure of the Ministry of Sports.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the presented model had a good fit.
