مدل ساختاری رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با اضطراب از طریق میانجی‌گری تحلیل رفتگی شغلی در پرستاران زن

چکیده

مقدمه
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل ساختاری رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با اضطراب از طریق میانجی­گری تحلیل رفتگی شغلی در پرستاران زن انجام شده است.
روش کار
این تحقیق بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، تحقیقی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان­های دولتی و خصوصی شهرستان رشت در سال 1398 به تعداد 700  نفر است. از بین جامعه پژوهش نمونه­ای به حجم  320  نفر با توجه به جدول مورگان، پیشینه پژوهش­های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش، ملاک ورود و خروج پژوهش و با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس از بیمارستان­های دولتی پورسینا، رازی، رسول اکرم (ص)، امیرالمومنین، ولایت و الزهرا (س) همچنین بیمارستان های خصوصی پارس، گیل، آریا، فامیلی، و قائم (ع)  به­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز (2007)، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده چند بعدی زیمت و همکاران (1998)، پرسشنامه تحلیل رفتگی شغلی مسلش و لایتر (2015) و  مقیاس خود سنجی اضطراب زانک (1971) پاسخ دادند. برای پاسخ به فرضیه­های پژوهش، از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری به روش بیشینه احتمال به کمک نرم افزار Spss22 و  AMOS22استفاده شد.
نتایج
یافته ها نشان داد که اثر مستقیم تحلیل رفتگی شغلی بر این متغیر (27/0) مثبت و در سطح 001/0 معنی دار می باشد. اثر مستقیم سرمایه روانشناختی (19/0-) و حمایت اجتماعی (43/0-) بر تحلیل رفتگی شغلی منفی و در سطح 001/0 معنی دار است. سرمایه روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی نیز در مجموع 25 درصد از تغییرات تحلیل رفتگی شغلی را تبیین می کنند.
نتیجه گیری
در پژوهش حاضر سرمایه روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی با تحلیل رفتگی شغلی یک ارتباط معکوس دارد.

Introduction
The aim of this study was to investigate the structural model of the relationship between psychological capital and perceived social support with anxiety through the mediation of burnout in female nurses.
Method
This research is based on the purpose of the applied type and in terms of data collection method, it is a descriptive research of correlation and structural equation modeling and the statistical population of this study includes all female nurses working in public and private hospitals in Rasht in 1398. 700 people. According to Morgan's table, the background of researches related to the research subject, the criterion for entering and leaving the research and using the sampling method available from Poursina, Razi, public hospitals, according to Morgan table. Rasool Akram (PBUH), Amir al-Momenin, Velayat and Al-Zahra (PBUH) as well as private hospitals in Pars, Gil, Arya, Famili, and Ghaem (AS) were selected as a sample and to the Lutans (2007) Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Support Questionnaire Multidimensionally Perceived Social Responses Zimet et al. (1998), the Maslash & Leiter (2015) Occupational Burnout Questionnaire, and the Zank Anxiety Anxiety Scale (1971). To answer the research hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling using maximum likelihood using Spss22 and AMOS22 software were used.
Results
Findings showed that the direct effect of burnout on this variable (0.27) is positive and significant at the level of 0.001. The direct effect of psychological capital (-0.19) and social support (-0.43) on job burnout is negative and significant at the level of 0.001. Psychological capital and social support also account for a total of 25% of changes in burnout.
Conclusion
In the present study, psychological capital and social support are inversely related to job burnout
